Professional experience

Since 2022, Yasmine Schwager has been part of Grant Thornton’s Regulatory & Compliance team and has specialised in performing the Risk and Compliance Function for portfolio managers and managers of Collective Assets. Her responsibilities also include conducting regulatory audits, advising financial intermediaries on supervisory law matters, and supporting FINMA investigations and mandates involving appointed investigators.

Yasmine Schwager has several years of professional experience in Swiss financial market law. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, she worked as a Business Compliance Officer at a financial services provider and spent several years employed in a notary’s office.

Professional qualifications and memberships

Yasmine Schwager holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Law (BSc) from ZHAW and a CAS in Financial Market Law issued by the University of Zurich (Europa Institut EIZ).
