What asset managers of collective assets need to know about the new regulations.

Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in financial market regulation and supervision: Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA has updated its model audit reports and thus also the requirements for auditors of collective asset managers and fund management companies in order to ensure compliance with sustainability regulations. For instance, auditors will have to confirm compliance with regulations in the management of collective investment schemes with the rating "sustainable".
