Aude Foltzer is a Manager in the Tax Advisory Department in Geneva.
Aude Foltzer advises individuals, entrepreneurs and companies on all aspects of Swiss tax law. She assists her clients in fulfilling their tax obligations and represents them before the authorities (negotiations, audits, litigation). She also assists them with the national and international aspects of their corporate restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions.
Aude Foltzer joined Grant Thornton SA in January 2020.
Aude Foltzer holds a Master's degree in Economic Law from the University of Geneva. She has a full Swiss legal education, specialising in aspects of business law, finance law, tax law and competition law.
She is a member of EXPERTsuisse and the Ordre Genevois d'EXPERTsuisse.
In addition to her mother tongue, French, Aude Foltzer also speaks English.
