ESG Implementation in Liechtenstein: A Regulatory Jungle?

The pace at which new regulations in environmental, social and governance (ESG) areas are coming into force remains high. Small and medium-sized companies in particular have difficulties keeping up with the pace and implementing the requirements in a timely manner. In the future, for example, not only financial intermediaries but also industrial companies will be obliged to report on sustainability.

Maintaining the overview and analysing which regulations are relevant for companies remains crucial.

In his article in the Wirtschaftregional of 27 October, Mathias Eggenberger discusses the various regulations and points out the challenges that might occur.
